The following charges are carried forward from YCC8’s existing website. Confirm the applicable amount with the management office before arranging payment.

Arrange a payment
Monthly maintenance fees are due on the first day of each month. Contact the property manager for your unit’s monthly amount or to arrange pre-authorized payments.
