Our story starts in 1969.
York Condominium Corporation No. 8 was formed to manage and maintain the common elements of 296 single-family townhouse units on behalf of their owners. Our community is home to approximately 1,200 residents.
Our traditional brick homes have three levels—a basement, main floor, and second floor—with three or four bedrooms, a private fenced backyard, a single-car garage, and driveway parking.
